- Manage the marketing, both on- and off-line. This includes things like SEO, PPC and SocialMedia.
- H&S is one of the core responsibilities.
- A key part of the function is the recruitment of additional technicians. They are all roofers and have an established routine for this, but this is a very time-intensive part of the position.
- Negotiate terms and rebates with trade stores and manage insurances.Manage the van fleet with all this entails (maintenance, checks, taxes, tracking, etc.).
- Act as the Senior Customer Service Representative for escalated complaints.
- Sales (calling existing customers, not cold-calling) during quiet spells. Full training will be provided for this – in fact as part of getting familiar with the whole business, the successful candidate will undergo full sales training during the first few weeks, as this is an easy way to learn much about the business.
