We are looking for a proactive and organised PA/Office Manager to provide exceptional support to the CEO, COO, and CFO. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine high-level executive assistance with efficient office management, ensuring both the leadership team and the workplace operate seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing proactive diary and email management for the CEO, COO, and CFO, ensuring they are always prepared and organised.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence with key stakeholders.
  • Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Supporting with document preparation, report generation, and minute-taking during meetings.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office, including ordering supplies, overseeing facility requirements, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective organisational systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a PA, EA, or Office Manager role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanour when liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to team support.
