Senior Administrator

Location: Crawley (office based)

Salary: £27,500 + Great benefit package

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

Free onsite parking

If so, I have a fantastic opportunity to join my client’s administration team based in their offices in Crawley.

You will already have a proven administration background where you have supported senior management/director level.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Directors and Partners with secretarial and general administration duties.
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Dealing with internal and external calls.
  • Drafting letters and compiling statements along with general secretarial work.
  • Booking and setting up meetings rooms.
  • Sending out accounts and tax packs to clients.
  • Compiling confirmation statements.
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing.
  • Updating the internal IT systems accurately.
  • Assisting with the running of the office and reporting on any Health & Safety issues.
  • Ordering stationery and management of the refreshments for the office.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply for the role:

  • Proven administrative background ideally supporting at partner of director level.
  • Highly organised with the ability to learn It systems quickly.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and ideally accountancy software packages.
  • Great communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to be able to work well under pressure and multi-task.
