Location:Crawley, West Sussex

Hourly Pay:11.71 -12.81 per hour

Days of work:Monday to Friday

Hours:Rotating shifts -8am-4pmone week / 10.30am- 6.30pmthe following. You are expected to work 1weekeneda month, with 1 weekday back in lieu

Role Type:Temp to Perm

First Recruitment Services are delighted to be supporting our reputable client in their search for a Administrator on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience within the healthcare sector.

Administrator Duties:

Deal with all administrative duties within the correct time frame

Outboundcourtesy calls to patients

Ensure that the vetting process is followed in-line with departmental policies, for all new referrals

Liaising with patients professionally and within the accuratetimeframes

Ensure each patient is treated as an individual, making sure any individual needs and requirements are met

Liaise with medical, allied health professionals and medical staff as required

Responded to patient queries and concerns within a timely manner, escalating to team leaders and/or line managers as appropriate

Responded to correspondence within the correct time frame

Have a clear and up to date knowledge of the rules and protocols of the service to ensure full and effective utilisation of clinical capacity

Administrator Requirements and Education:

Excellent communication skills

Good IT Skills

Good organisational skills

Flexible approach

Previous healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential

Previous experience working within customer service is advantageous but not essential
