First Recruitment Services are partnered with our client an expert in their field as they seek to recruit a Temporary HR Coordinator with an immediate start.

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive HR Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Department through managing various HR functions and ensuring a smooth operation of HR processes.

HR Coordinator duties:

  • Maintain up to date employee records in HR databases.
  • Updating the HR system with new hires, changes and terminations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including document collect and induction schedules.
  • Set up new employees in the HR system and ensure compliance checks are completed.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Support the HR team with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Keep HR documentation updated and compliant with legal standards.
  • Support compliance audits preparation and coordination.
  • Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information.
  • Help to administer employee benefits programs such as pensions and healthcare.
  • Maintain date in the HRIS and generate management reports.
  • Assisting with data analysis and ensure accuracy in HR records.
  • Offer logistical and administrative support for HR projects.

HR Coordinator Skills and Experience

  • CIPD Level 3 is advantageous but not essential
  • Previous experience within a HR Administration role or similar is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (HR Information Systems) is advantageous.
