My client is an established FM contractor based in Essex, trading since 2002.
They are seeking a Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to work on various sites including schools and MOD locations.
The position offers a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 and requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Additional benefits include a company van, fuel card, 20 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating and possess a UK driving licence.

Duties

To undertake PPM/Repairs/Installation - Pumps - pressurization units - expansion vessels - heating system - AAV’S control and safety valves - etc

THE CANDIDATE

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
At least 5 years’ experience on the job knowledge
UK driving licence
Good standard of work and attention to detail
Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator and the ability to work on own initiative.
