Commercial Wet Workers / Commercial Plumbers required for our client. They are a well-known plumbing and heating contractor, with offices throughout the South East. They currently require a Commercial Wet Worker / Commercial Plumber to work around the M23 corridor. The Commercial plumber MUST have experience working on HIU's.
Commercial Wet Worker Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary - 40,000
- Van + Fuel Card
- Overtime
- Call out rota - 1 in 5 weeks. 450 standby bonus. Call out paid at x1.5

The Commercial Plumber will be required to work in their designated area attending communal dwellings and carrying out service and repair of communal heating systems (non-gas work). The Commercial Plumber / Commercial Wet Worker will be tasked with duties such as; repair and install commercial heating parts to communal dwelling systems, replacing thermostatic valves, pump, cylinder repair, radiators and other associated equipment, repair of pipework and attend breakdowns. The candidate must have experience working on HIU's also. The HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber will be working along the M23 corridor, so must be based within patch.
The Commercial Plumber / Heating Engineer should hold qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent.

- Servicing and repair experience, working on plant-rooms
- Experience carrying out servicing on HIU's

- Based within patch, within commutable distance of the M23
- Full UK Driving Licence
