What you'll be doing:

As the Planning & Forecasting Lead you will Work with operational managers and staff to actively allocate/reallocate staff to ensure optimal customer service is maintained. Timely and insightful problem definition and intervention along with a forward thinking, proactive approach to resource management.

  • Manage and develop the operational planning, in line with company processes.
  • The production of all operational forecast and capacity models.
  • Implement new ways of working in the production of business forecasts.
  • Engage with other key areas to ensure that the operational impact of activities is accurately assessed and understood and reflected in all plans.

What we’re looking for:

  • Management Experience.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of Contact forecasting & MI reporting metrics including the use of Erlang.
  • Experience of working in a similar operational planning role with headcount of circa 400.
  • Demonstratable experience of working across multiple functions within an organisation, creating relationships and exhibiting great stakeholder management.
