Job Purpose:Reporting to the QC Team Leader, the Quality Controller ensures the quality control of all received products into the workshop to guarantee compliance with sales announcements and enable reliable transactions, in accordance with company standards.

Main Tasks:

  • Take charge of product racks to be processed according to FIFO and area rules.
  • Scan product IDs and review the corresponding data sheets.
  • Conduct all necessary controls in line with specifications (e.g., product value, size, status) to validate data sheet compliance.
  • Restore products if required to facilitate transactions (e.g., cleaning, stitching).
  • Document all necessary comments on data sheets to ensure reliable transactions and minimize returns.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that could hinder transactions, making appropriate decisions to support buyers and sellers.
  • Act as a trusted intermediary between buyers and sellers in the event of anomalies.
  • Seal items after checks to certify their passage through the workshop.
  • Ensure proper storage of controlled racks in line with FIFO and area rules.
  • Report any doubts or malfunctions to the line manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the end of each shift.
  • Manage inventory within assigned areas.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams and services as needed (e.g., logistics, customer relations).

Multi-Skilling:

  • Manage returns and anomalies using internal systems.
  • Handle RMV (Return Merchandise Verification) processes.
  • Address and resolve anomalies using designated platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
