Our client is looking for a number of Pension Administrators to join ASAP on a 3 month contract. The role is Hybrid working and has been scoped Inside of IR35.

The post will be based within their Defined Benefits Administration team who ensure the administration and monthly payroll funding runs smoothly across DB Policies. The individual will be working cross-functionally to facilitate client requests which may include handling a variety of member queries, complaints and solving matters regarding the administration of DB policies.

Hybrid working 

£200 - 225 p/day Inside IR35

Keys skills & experience

  • Previous experience as Pension Administrator 2 years experience minimum
  • Inputting customer details and accesses customer information
  • Awareness of manual and computer generated benefit calculations
  • Work with clients, Third-party Administrators and DB team to ensure all DB payments are made on time accurately.
  • Produce quotation information for deferred members and pensioners within SLA’s.
  • Act as a point of contact for TPA’s & Pension Scheme Administrators.
  • Support TPA’s, members, clients and wider DB Team with administration/payment queries, complaints & service concerns.
  • Support Defined Benefits Operations team and wider DB Team with various tasks associated with client requirements, administration, reporting, MI, payments, data validation.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise a number of different tasks based on business volumes and priorities
  • A good background within the Life/Pensions Insurance Industry
