About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well-established team, supporting the Commercial department in delivering high-quality service within the housing and construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial documentation, maintaining compliance, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and provide essential information to relevant stakeholders to progress work efficiently.
  • Manage commercial paperwork and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Retrieve and input commercial data into IT and manual systems as required.
  • Ensure records are centrally maintained on IGO and Accuserv.
  • Follow project governance, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support in maintaining contractor competence and builder profiles.
  • Assist in developing and administering commercial processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Support the Commercial teams in ensuring all work aligns with contractual requirements.
  • Handle queries and complaints efficiently to meet commercial targets.
Experience & Requirements
  • Previous experience in housing or construction sectors.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Schedule of Rates (SOR) contracts.
