The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for conducting cost estimates, preparing tender documents, negotiating contracts, managing financial aspects of projects, conducting cost analysis, and providing advice on cost-effective solutions. They will also be involved in project progress monitoring, risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Has experience of NEC 3 contracts.

Has worked client side.

Proficiency in cost estimating software, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will work primarily on-site at project locations, with occasional office-based work. They may be required to travel to various sites and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders. The role may involve working in challenging weather conditions and adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
