Property Manager (part time)

Salary: £15k + Company benefit package

Location: Crawley (hybrid working)

Hours: Mon- Fri 9am - 2pm and working every other Sat 9am - 1pm with a day off in lieu.

Free parking on site.

Do you have a property management background and want to work for a well-established and friendly organisation based in their offices based in Crawley.

You will have a full UK driving license, be highly organised with outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for the property industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Liasing with tenants and landlords over the phone, email and by correspondence.
  • Resolving and managing tenant enquiries and maintenance issues.
  • Arranging with contractors to attend repairs, maintenance and refurbishments.
  • Updating the CRM system accurately.
  • Booking in a and managing property inspections and safety inspections.
  • Attending property inspections (this is shared between a team of three.)
  • Booking in and chasing gas safety certificates, EICR’s, PAT and other important safety certificates to ensure compliance is adhered to.
  • Invoice management.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Proven property management background.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload effectively and meet strict deadlines.
  • Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and ideally using property management CRM systems.
