Customer Service Advisor - Property Management

Reed Crawley is working with an award-winning property company based in Crawley seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support their residents across a portfolio of apartments. This role offers the chance to influence the setup of processes and systems and be part of a new and dynamic team.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents with queries, concerns, maintenance requests, or complaints.
  • Support on-site teams by ordering replacement parts and coordinating repairs with Technicians, Contractors, and Block Management Team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure residents have the best rental experience.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries, manage maintenance requests, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Oversee apartment check-out and check-in inventory reports, and schedule resident move-outs and move-ins.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, manage central stock levels, and maintain an audit of on-site appliances and furniture.
  • Respond to urgent requests out of hours as required and assist with ad hoc tasks within the property management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Friendly, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and interacting with people.
  • Natural problem solver with an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in property management, residential (PRS, BTR, or PBSA), hospitality, or customer service sectors is desirable.
  • This role is temp - perm with an immediate start .
