Reed Crawley are delighted to working with a key client who are based in Crawley with the recruitment of Part Time Receptionist. . This role is pivotal in providing a first-class receptionist service, supporting internal conferencing requirements, and offering administrative support to the HR team. The ideal candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring all visitors and callers are greeted efficiently and managing  their front-of-house operations with excellence.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Greet all visitors, contractors, and personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Manage car park allocations and overflow arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for switchboard calls, redirecting as necessary.
  • Conduct office tours and introductions for new starters.
  • Conduct weekly Fire Alarm tests and assist with health and safety activities.
  • Maintain and distribute stock of stationery and refreshments, considering value and environmental impact.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and operate the franking machine.
  • Maintain communal areas and conference rooms, coordinate meeting room bookings, and order lunches.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good standard of general education with proficient written and spoken English.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong administrative and written communication skills.
  • Process-driven with good time management.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, committed to high service levels.
  • Interest in self-development and embodying company values.
  • Previous experience within a Reception or Customer Facing role with be desirable
