Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will greet and welcome guests
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle mail and deliveries and perform various administrative and clerical tasks
- You will also support our staff and managers with scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodation, and preparing vouchers and invoices
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, a professional appearance, and a customer service attitude. You should also be able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information. You should have at least one year of experience as a receptionist or a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. A qualification in business administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.
