Part time Receptionist - Temporary

Do you enjoy working in a people facing Reception/ Front of House role? Are you a friendly and professional individual available immediately for a part time Temporary role?

We are looking for a people focused and proactive Receptionist to join a fantastic organisation on a Temporary basis. This could be extended or even lead to permanent for the right person!

This role is working on a busy reception desk, you will be acting as a main point of contact for all general enquiries either by phone, email or face to face from a wide variety of customers. You will also provide administrative support to other members of the office as required, as well as sorting and distributing post.

Previous Front of House/ Reception/ Switchboard or Administrative experience is required to hit the ground running for this role, along with excellent customer service and confident communication skills, plus the ability to learn quickly and work in a proactive manner with a flexible attitude.
