Are you detail driven with strong accuracy and excellent organisational abilities? Do you have experience working with records?

Our global client based in Crawley is looking for an accurate Records Specialist to join them on a 15 month temporary contract (with potential to extend).

Working within their records team you will be:-

  • Processing records for training courses for customers and internal training
  • Maintaining and recording data to track in various sources
  • Archiving and filing records
  • Assisting with regulatory, customer, and internal audits
  • Reviewing all forms for accuracy
  • Correcting regulatory paperwork when needed
  • Holding regular meetings with their overseas office to discuss up coming training courses

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long term and stable temp contract with a global organisation who are a very reputable brand in their field!

This role will make use of your excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as your outstanding attention to detail. Ideally you will come from a records/ regulatory background, previous experience in the aviation sector would be highly advantageous.
