About the Role: You’ll be managing and growing an industrial temps desk, working with a loyal client base across Crawley and surrounding areas. The role will suit someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves the variety that temp recruitment brings.What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience running a 360 temps desk within industrial, driving or similar high-volume sectors
Strong business development skills and the confidence to win and grow client accounts
Excellent candidate management and resourcing skills
Someone who enjoys being busy, building relationships and working as part of a close-knit team
