We are currently working with a well-established company in the construction sector that is looking to bring an Internal Recruiter on board. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to take ownership of a role with real impact.
This particular role sits at the core of their operations, and they’re looking for someone who’s confident managing end-to-end recruitment and workforce deployment. You'll be sourcing and securing skilled, self-employed site operatives, using an ATS to streamline recruitment processes and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
The role is ideal for someone who’s used to reacting quickly to changing demands — you'll need to handle short-notice staffing requests and redeployments with ease, keeping everything moving smoothly. Beyond the logistics, you will be responsible for building rapport with workers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role — either in construction recruitment, labour coordination, or workforce management. An understanding of CIS regulations would be a big plus, and being comfortable with recruitment software and systems is a must. More than anything, they’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, stay organised, and communicate clearly across teams.
