We are currently working with a well-established company in the construction sector that is looking to bring an Internal Recruiter on board. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to take ownership of a role with real impact.

This particular role sits at the core of their operations, and they’re looking for someone who’s confident managing end-to-end recruitment and workforce deployment. You'll be sourcing and securing skilled, self-employed site operatives, using an ATS to streamline recruitment processes and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.

The role is ideal for someone who’s used to reacting quickly to changing demands — you'll need to handle short-notice staffing requests and redeployments with ease, keeping everything moving smoothly.
