Day to Day of the role:

Engage in candidate sourcing and screening, utilising job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Manage the 360-degree recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Demonstrate industry expertise by staying abreast of pharmaceutical and life sciences sector trends and market dynamics.
Network effectively, using LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with candidates, and attend industry events to foster long-term relationships.
Achieve recruitment targets and track KPIs, showcasing a successful track record of placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within the pharmaceutical industry, technology and media industry with a history of successful candidate placements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement.
Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced environment, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
