Pertemps have been in the 'Top 100 Companies to Work For' listings for the last 16 years and are a true market leader in our industry.We have fantastic career progression available for hard workers and were awarded the 'People Development Business of the Year' by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.We are looking to add to our team at Crawley and are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to recruit technical staff for us across Surrey and Sussex.Based at the Crawley Temps branch, you will be recruiting temporary/contract machine operators, assemblers, welders, mechanical fitters, electronic assemblers, quality technicians, engineers etc. to engineering and manufacturing companies across the region..The role involves;- Account Management; looking after your clients and maximising opportunities with them- Resourcing; searching for candidates to fill vacancies- Coordinating temporary workers in to bookings- Developing good industry knowledge; understanding of relevant companies in your patch and identifying new leadsWe are looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals who love dealing with people and who have the ambition to progress their career.You will ideally have some sales experience and previous recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.We will provide all training necessary for you to succeed in the recruitment industry with the largest independently owned recruitment consultancy in the UK.Benefits include;- Starting salary £25k plus commission- 23 days holiday, rising with each year of service to a maximum of 30 days (plus BHols)- Share Incentive Plans- own a small part of the business!- Great career opportunitiesThis is an office based role in Crawley town centre.Working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday.We look forward to receiving your application!
