Day to Day of the role:

  • Engage in candidate sourcing and screening, utilising job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage the 360-degree recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Demonstrate industry expertise by staying abreast of pharmaceutical and life sciences sector trends and market dynamics.
  • Network effectively, using LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with candidates, and attend industry events to foster long-term relationships.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and track KPIs, showcasing a successful track record of placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within the pharmaceutical industry, technology and media industry with a history of successful candidate placements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced environment, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
