Part of the STR Group, Blackfield Associates specialises in providing specialist permanent and contract recruitment services. Since 2000, STR has been comprised of five niche brands working in Life Sciences, Architecture & Interior Design, Automation, Maritime and Engineering & Manufacturing.

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong business acumen and commercial outlook
