You will take up the position of trainee consultant and be working alongside the branch manager who will coach and develop you to help you really get the most out of your career. There is genuinely excellent earning potential with the projected OTE in Year 1 being £34,000 and Year 2 being £40,000. The role will include:

  • Searching for and contacting suitable candidates from online job boards
  • Placing job advertisements
  • Face to face and phone interviews
  • Putting together candidate profiles, suitable for schools
  • Ensuring CV's are correct
  • Liaising with our central compliance team
  • Outbound and inbound calls
  • Canvassing for new business and servicing existing clients
  • Attending client meetings to solidify ongoing relationships
