KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Night Shift Supervisor for our client based in Crawley.
As a Night Shift Supervisor our working hours and days are:
- 4 on 4 off
- 20:00- 08:00
The rate of pay as a Night Shift Supervisor is:
- £15.44 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Night Shift Supervisor are:
- Allocate and supervise daily tasks as well as briefing the team
- Be accountable for any issues that arise and solves any problems
- Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage the Team Leaders
- Effective people management
- Ensure that all products are handled correctly and in-line with manual handling guidelines
- Adhere to all Heath and Safety procedures
- Investigate and rectify any operational errors that occur
- Motivate and encourage the team
- Provide admin support where needed
- Help support the management team with any queries
- Complete handovers to the days team
- Support with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings in a fair and consistent way
- Plan the shift, look at resource and monitor workloads o ensurethat all tasks are complete
- Be responsible for the site's cleanliness and maintenance
- Implement ways to reduce damages
- Hit KPI targets set by the buisness
The ideal candidate for a Night Shift Supervisor would need:
- Previouse experience as warehouse management (essential)
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
- Computer Literacy must be to a good standard
- Excellent communication skils
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Can Make logical decisions
