Product Development Manager required for a well-established and growing consumer goods manufacturer in the Crawley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for a small design team responsible for producing design drawings from concept through to production.
Product Development Manager Job Overview- Providing leadership and training to the team of mechanical design and product designers.
- Managing projects from concept to delivery
- Overseeing the day to running of the design department
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience within a Senior Design or Design Management related role
- Based in a commutable distance of Crawley
- Good communication and leadership qualities
- Proficient in the use of 3D modelling software, such as Creo, Inventor or Solidworks
- Salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. Permanent position.
