As Bar Manager, youll have the chance to take ownership of the bar, curating a unique cocktail menu that complements the venues dynamic food offering. If youre a passionate and creative mixologist with strong leadership skills, this role will allow you to showcase your talent and contribute to an exciting and growing brand.
Bar Manager Ideal Profile:
- Experience in AA Rosette or Michelin Star standard not required, but would be a bonus
- A skilled mixologist is preferred, with a passion for crafting creative and innovative cocktails
- A Background in Restaurant settings, with knowledge on restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and management skills to oversee bar operations and staff
- Experience in stock management, ordering, and cost control
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and vibrant setting
Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service
- Creating and maintaining an exciting cocktail menu that complements the venues culinary offerings
- Managing stock levels, placing orders, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
- Training and mentoring bar staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience
