Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet sales targets, while maintaining high standards of presentation and stock management.
  • Ensure that every customer enjoys a unique, friendly, and memorable shopping experience with excellent product knowledge and customer service.
  • Drive sales through effective product placement and promotions while identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • You will drive the department's profitability and take ownership of its performance.
  • Create and maintain beautiful, eye-catching displays that inspire customers and showcase our Outdoor Leisure and Seasonal products to their full potential.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring they have the training and support needed to succeed.
  • Take charge of stock management, ensuring product availability and quality control.
  • Analyse sales and performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, acting on them to boost results.

  • Retail Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within outdoor leisure or seasonal categories (e.g., Christmas, garden furniture, discount).
