- You will be supporting the Aftersales Manager in achieving parts and service volumes and profit objectives through development and motivation of the Aftersales team.
- You will also support in the sourcing and supply of manufacturer vehicle parts and monitoring of all service processes.
- You'll coach and manage team performance.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards and adherence to satisfaction indicators.
- Manage resources to ensure availability to meet service requirements.
- Ensure effective stock control and warehouse management.
- Monitor competitor activity and evaluate customer needs.
- Ensure brand standards are met consistently.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with company health and safety requirements.
- £35,000 - £40,000 basic
- £10,000 - £15,000 BONUS
