Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a great company based in the Crawley, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be supporting with the everyday accounting duties such as processing invoices, payments, reconciliations etc. This is a brilliant time to join the business and be part of a growing finance team.

Salary: 30-33K

Hours: 40 hours - Mon-Fri

Location: Crawley, West Sussex, parking onsite. Hybrid working options

Accounts Assistant duties:

Processing accounts payable invoices
Balance sheet reconciliations
Monitoring and processing expenses
Supporting with the payment runs
Assistant the finance manager with month end

Skills and experience required:

Proven experience of working in an Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Assistant Accountant type role
Excellent MS Excel skills required
Good communication skills both verbally and written
Ideally you will be AAT qualified or a studier
