Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students during teacher absences. You'll be responsible for supervising classes, ensuring students stay focused on pre-set work, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring continuity and engagement with pre-prepared lessons.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), especially in English and Maths.
