Job Description: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join this amazing Secondary School in Crawley. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school by supervising classes during teacher absences and maintaining a positive learning environment. This position is ideal for an individual who is confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students in their education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions effectively.
  • Maintain discipline in line with school policies and foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
