    Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate English Teacher to join their enthusiastic English department. This position is ideal for an educator who loves inspiring young people, fostering a love of literature, and developing students' critical thinking skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the English curriculum and a dedication to high-quality teaching and student progress.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and deliver engaging lessons that meet the national curriculum, tailored to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles.
    • Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported and motivated to succeed.
    • Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • A degree in English or a related subject, along with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
    • Solid understanding of the UK secondary English curriculum and examination requirements.
