• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles and abilities. Deliver instruction that enhances students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Regularly evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, tests, and other assessments. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and reach their academic goals.
• Encourage a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning, where students feel supported and motivated to participate actively.
• Identify students who may need extra help and provide additional support or differentiated instruction to ensure all students succeed.
• Encourage an appreciation for English literature and effective communication by introducing diverse texts and fostering discussions around themes, language, and interpretation.

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or license is preferred.
• Experience teaching English or a related subject is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
