About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Crawley. This is a full-time position aimed at inspiring students to develop a passion for mathematics while achieving their academic goals.
We are looking for an individual who can bring mathematics to life, tailoring lessons to suit varying abilities and ensuring every student can reach their potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic mathematics lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and departmental standards.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents..
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience teaching A-level Mathematics.
- Familiarity with the latest developments in mathematics education.
- Passion for extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs or competitions.
