Job Description: Maths Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join this amazing Secondary School in Crawley. The successful candidate will inspire and engage students, foster a love for mathematics, and create a dynamic learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Foster an environment conducive to active learning and problem-solving.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
- Encourage students' participation in maths challenges, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or equivalent.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts and teaching strategies.
- Experience in teaching is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students effectively.
