Maths Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join this amazing Secondary School in Crawley. The successful candidate will inspire and engage students, foster a love for mathematics, and create a dynamic learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Foster an environment conducive to active learning and problem-solving.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
• Encourage students' participation in maths challenges, competitions, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or equivalent.
• Strong command of mathematical concepts and teaching strategies.
• Experience in teaching is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students effectively.
