The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Maths teacher to become a key member of a supportive and innovative team. You will deliver engaging lessons that develop students' mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities, ensuring they achieve their full potential across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Supporting students of varying abilities, providing tailored guidance to help them succeed.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, offering constructive feedback and intervention where necessary.
- Promoting a positive learning environment that inspires a passion for Maths.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the Maths department and share best practices.
About You:
We're looking for an inspirational teacher who can bring Maths to life for their students. The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A genuine commitment to helping students achieve their best.
