Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to various abilities and interests
- Teach a wide range of physical activities, promoting fitness and well-being
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Support and lead extracurricular sports activities and teams
- Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues
Qualifications and Experience
- QTS or equivalent with a degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Experience teaching PE at the secondary level, including Key Stage 5
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for PE
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for encouraging students to lead active lifestyles
