The Role:We are seeking a dedicated PE Tutor to deliver high-quality PE sessions, with a focus on football training. Working with 16+ students, you will help them achieve their fitness and skill goals while supporting their academic development. The role combines sports coaching with fostering teamwork, confidence, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging PE sessions focused on football and broader physical education.
  • Support students in developing fitness, skills, and teamwork.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to meet educational and physical targets.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive environment in line with safeguarding policies.

Essential Requirements:

  • Background in PE, sports coaching, or a related field.
  • Experience working with young people in an educational or coaching role.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with post-16 learners or delivering BTEC Sports courses.
