Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the National Curriculum
- Plan and assess work to ensure all students are making progress
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Support students' academic and personal development
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure student success
- Uphold high standards of classroom management and student behaviour
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (KS3/KS4, or KS5 where applicable)
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- A commitment to professional development and school improvement initiatives
