Cover Supervisor - Crawley

Academics is looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a thriving school in Crawley. This role is perfect for those looking to gain classroom experience, whether you're an aspiring teacher or an experienced educator seeking a new challenge.

Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will deliver pre-set work, manage classroom behaviour, and provide support to students as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
  • Maintain classroom control and behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning and provide guidance where necessary.

What We're Looking For:
