Deputy Home Manager
Location:Crawley
Salary:Up to 40,000 + other benefits
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Start Date:Immediate
We are recruiting for a Deputy Home Managerfor a leading residential care home in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience at the Deputy Manager level, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home
- Lead and manage staff, ensuring compliance with care standards
- Maintain resident care plans and work closely with families
- Handle scheduling and staffing, including weekend cover
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Deputy Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Ability to manage staff and resources effectively
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
