They offer a whole range of luxury gifting of everyday goods.
As a Store Manager you will leading the daily activities of the sales team on the shop floor. Here you will maximise store profitability by developing a culture of high-performance that focusses on providing exceptional customer service and inspirational leadership, whilst being a brand ambassador.
Responsibilities of this Store Manager - Gifting retail role -
- Manages and coordinates the daily operational activities of the store
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to all customers
- Monitor KPIs and take or recommend appropriate actions to ensure the team are focussed on the right areas to achieve individual and store targets
- Ensure compliance to legislation to Health & Safety procedures
- Implement stock management procedures
- Be knowledgeable & participate in training for all products (current and new) and selling benefits.
- Attains monthly sales goal and delivers increases in other KPI goals including conversion rate, ATV & UPT's
- Coordinate any vm guidelines or store moves.
- Leading training & development of the team and dealing with all performance management
- Ensure all customer enquiries and c&c orders are dealt with.
To be successful in this Store Manager - Gifting retail -
- 1-2 years + experience in a retail leadership role
- You must have experience in a customer focused retail environment whether that is health & beauty, fashion, gifting etc
- Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the retail market
- Happy to work in an outlet environment
- Currently working as a Store, Deputy or Assistant Manager level
- Attract, recruit and develop the best team possible
- Build long-term succession strategies, in collaboration with the Area Manager
- Good understanding of commercial KPI's (financial and non-financial)
- This is an airside role so you will need to complete a 5 year security check.
- Excellent communicational skills and ability to work under pressure
