Your Role as the Store Manager:

Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction
Lead a team, handling recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development
Oversee stock control, including ordering, stocktaking, and ensuring product availability
Manage site operations, including health and safety, housekeeping, and compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain effective communication with the business owner, area managers, and office staff
Operate EPOS systems and manage internal and external data systems effectively

Store Manager Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a high-pressure environment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong computer literacy (EPOS systems and Microsoft Office essential)
A proactive, flexible approach, particularly during peak trading times
Full driving licence and access to personal transport (essential)
Desirable qualifications include First Aid and Forklift training
