My client, an award-winning, privately-owned care company based in Crawley, is seeking a Part-Time Support Worker / Care Assistant to join their team and help transform lives.

About the Role

Youll be supporting one client on their journey to independence, helping them achieve personal goals, build confidence, and reclaim their lives. This isnt just a jobits an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live happy and fulfilling lives.

  • Hours: 24 per week.
  • Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour.
  • Location: Crawley and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities

  • Foster independence by encouraging clients to plan their futures and achieve their goals.
  • Support clients with daily activities tailored to their interests and abilitiesnot just routine care tasks.
  • Provide compassionate, personalised care that builds meaningful relationships.
  • Help clients secure employment, make new friends, and even move into their own homes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with one individual rather than visiting multiple clients daily. Youll receive full training to help you excel and grow in this rewarding position.
