About the role

This Behaviour Mentor role is based in a supportive and proactive all through boys school in Worthing. The school provides a safe, stable and supportive environment with an increased opportunity to improve school attendance; raise the attainment and achievement of its students and is committed to enabling each student to strive to reach their full potential.

The school supports boys who may have Social, Emotional, Mental Health.

Your Role:

  • Supporting on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class and minimise disruption
  • Providing pastoral support and instilling confidence in young learners
