Academics is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist school in Crawley. This role offers the chance to inspire and support students with Autism, ADHD, and complex needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual student needs.

Implement EHCP targets and track student progress.

Foster a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Work collaboratively with TAs, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support.

Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience with SEN students (preferred but not essential).

Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Full UK driving licence (school is not easily accessible by public transport).

Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
