This role is ideal for recent accounting graduates or those with up to 2 years' experience in a month-end close environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Raising and managing purchase orders, progress chasing, and matching invoices
• Maintaining purchase order files, contract/utility records, and CAPEX register
• Managing supplier contracts: sourcing, negotiating, and tendering
• Assisting with budget preparation, office projects, and audit support

Ideal Candidate:

• University graduate with an accounting degree (preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience in purchasing or month-end close
• Strong organisational and communication skills
